September 2007

As most of the men here in Norway I have to dedicate one year to serve in the Norwegian army. This means that there will be very little blogging and developing for the next 12 months.

I'm really looking forward to this year, as I hope it will be full of adventures and new experiences. So, from me: Have a nice year without me, and happy hacking.

OK, here's the deal. I have some Pownce invites and they are no use just sitting there, not used by anyone.

So, If you want an invite, just add a comment or send me an e-mail and I'll send out the ones I've got.

Finally! The long awaited Drupal 6.0 beta 1 is released.

fter eight months of development, we are proud to let you know that the first beta version of the Drupal 6.x family is released. This beta includes a tremendous number of new features and new programming APIs for both users and developers. We improved Drupal's human language related features, interoperability with databases, logging solutions, sign on systems and also included an update notification module for improved security, so it becomes easier then ever to get up to date with the latest security and bug fixes.

jQuery 1.2 was released 3 days ago (September 10th), and in just 2 days later a patch was committed to Drupal 6.0, just in time before the first beta (which was due many days ago;).

The second release candidate for phpSysInfo 3.0 was released today.
